Job Description:
We are looking for a Project Manager with 1+ years of experience to oversee and manage digital marketing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless project execution, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong client relationships. This role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Execution: Manage the end-to-end execution of digital marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their requirements, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Work closely with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure project alignment with business goals.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor project performance, maintain quality standards, and proactively resolve any issues.
- Timeline & Budget Management: Track progress, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation for efficiency.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain project documentation and generate regular status reports for stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance project efficiency and innovation.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, Social Media, and other Digital Marketing Services.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Trello, Asana, Jira, or Monday.com is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
