We’re now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who brings sharp strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and a hunger to scale impact. This role is ideal for someone with 3–4 years of experience and a strong academic foundation from tier-1 institutions (IITs, IIMs, ISB)
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy: Assist in shaping data-backed growth strategies for lead generation, demand creation, and brand visibility aligned with business objectives.
Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across paid and organic channels (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) with measurable ROI.
Performance Marketing: Take ownership of performance-driven channels (SEO, SEM, paid social) to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC.
Content & Email: Collaborate with content and design teams to drive high-performing landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing automation flows.
Analytics & Insights: Leverage tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and other dashboards to analyse data, extract insights, and suggest actionable improvements.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and creative teams to ensure aligned messaging and funnel performance.
Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with evolving martech tools, consumer behavior trends, and competitor strategies.
Who You Are
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate from a top-tier college (IIT, IIM, ISB, or equivalent Tier 1 institution).
Experience: 3–4 years in digital marketing or growth roles in B2B/B2C settings—startup or agency experience is a plus.
Tools & Platforms: Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (Ahrefs/SEMrush), marketing automation platforms (like HubSpot, Marketo), and A/B testing frameworks.
Analytical Mindset: Strong command over data interpretation and funnel optimization.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication, with a knack for breaking down complex ideas into simple messaging.
Self-Starter: You thrive in ambiguity, are outcome-oriented, and don’t wait to be told what to do.
